Turnaround TimeThe turnaround time depends on the complexity and level of detail of the artwork. Please note that I do not accept rush orders.

Half-body / Portrait (1 Character): 7 days after the brief is finalized.
Full-body (1 Character): 14 days after the brief is finalized.

Terms of Service
Ordering & Queue Management
Finalized Details: Please thoroughly review all details and the number of characters before submitting the form. Once submitted, the commission type and selected options cannot be changed or modified under any circumstances.Queue Allocation: Queues are organized strictly based on the order of form submissions (first-come, first-served), as well as the workload type and quantity. You cannot request a specific month for your work to begin or be delivered.Monthly Capacity: I accept only 3–4 pieces per month. Once your form is submitted, your request will be logged into the Queue Sheet, and I will contact you to confirm the details.Brief Confirmation & Payment: I will contact you to review and confirm your commission brief shortly before your queue arrives.
You must reply to confirm within 72 hours. After confirmation, I will send you the invoice with the total amount.
You may choose to pay either a deposit or the full amount upfront. Payment must be completed within 72 hours after the invoice is sent.
No-Response Policy: If you fail to reply within the designated timeframe, your slot will be immediately swapped with the next client in queue.
If your slot has already been swapped once and you still cannot complete the payment within the next 72 hours, your queue will be permanently removed from the system.Revisions

Turnaround Time: The artwork will be completed within 5–10 days after I notify you that your queue has started and your deposit or full payment has been verified.Delivery: Finished files will be delivered via a Google Drive link. Files will be stored for 1 month, after which they will be permanently deleted.Payment

NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement): If you require the artwork to remain strictly confidential, an additional fee of 50% of the total price will be applied.Portfolio Usage: I reserve the right to include all completed artwork in my portfolio, use them as samples on social media, and feature them in various content (such as my TikTok process videos and progress shots).Privacy/NDA Fee: If you do not wish for the artwork to be published, please specify this correctly in advance, and an additional fee will apply. If not specified, it will be assumed that all artwork can be published immediately. Please note that you cannot request or pay for confidentiality/NDA at a later date.Watermarks: All promotional/showcase versions of the artwork will include a watermark featuring both the client’s name and my own to prevent art theft and impersonation.Restrictions (Will Not Draw)
I do not accept commissions for the following:Realistic art stylesMecha, robots, or complex mechanical designsR18+ / Explicit NSFW content that exposes genitalia or explicit nudity. (Swimwear is acceptable.)Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued if the fault lies entirely with me (the artist), such as an inability to deliver the completed artwork within the agreed timeframe.Contact & Communication
